Group classes are offered on an intermittent basis. Please keep checking back for the schedule!
Group classes are a hatha flow style and are appropriate for all-levels. Classes focus on alignment, muscular engagement and coordination of the breath. Time is taken to get into each pose with sound alignment and each pose is held for 3-5 breaths, allowing us to build strength while finding ease in each shape. Breathwork and mediation are also offered to add additional opportunity for grounding and integration.
