Realign & Recharge
Join us for yoga, sound bath, and reiki to promote deep relaxation and healing.
-
allow us to hold sacred space for you
-
During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to harness deep relaxation and energy re-alignment.
We will begin by centering and setting our intentions for our time together. We will then move through gentle yoga postures, accessible to all bodies and levels. This will allow for the nadis - energy channels within the body - to open and more readily receive. We will then move into our sound bath, taking a few minutes prior to release excess energy with brief breath work. Once the sound bath begins, all you need to do is relax and melt into the sounds. The world around us is made of sound and frequencies, and meditation with a sound bath is a path to creating a deeper connection to our personal vibrations. You will be held in a safe space during this time as you also receive reiki for even deeper healing. Once completed, you will be able to reflect on your experience.
Growing up a First Gen/First Daughter of Nursing Wave of Migration in the 60s, I always had an identity crisis. I grew up in isolation of my heritage but in my soul I was always searching for connection. What I was really seeking was validation because I put value on others' opinions of me. After many years of soul searching, I found the most important opinion of me was my own. I did most of this work alone because we didn't have access to resources or support. I have come out of the other side of my journey with a passion to help others, especially those with shared heritage. Healing energies and sound have been a long standing part of our culture. I connect with my intuition to bring the energies into a place of healing. I am here to hold space and to see you during your own journey

I was drawn to yoga in 2006 so I could stay healthy in my body and – let’s be honest – I lived a block away from a yoga studio at the time so it was convenient. But after continued practice, I noticed my inner dialogue shifting: I was kinder to myself, more patient, and was taking things less personally. I also felt the energetic interconnectedness between all beings and our planet, so I began incorporating the yogic principle of ahimsa (“non-harming”) into my life by adopting a vegan lifestyle and putting effort into being a conscious consumer. I teach yoga to share these benefits with others – to provide a compassionate and safe space to explore and strengthen the innate connection between body, mind, heart, and Spirit. Because if we can all tap into our unique Divine Spirit and love ourselves more, we can collectively make the world a better place.
